The lamp drum, which contains the electronics, the table lighting LED and ambient LEDs, is guaranteed for two years from the factory. A replacement product will be returned as soon as the defective product is received. The return to the factory must be authorised by GREENLITE’s support department. The cost of shipping the defective product shall be borne by the customer, while the cost of shipping the replacement product shall be assumed by GREENLITE.
